If you see an error on your device or within our app stating that your device's storage is getting full, or you do not have sufficient space on your device to download an audiobook, take the following steps to free up the necessary space and try again.

As a first step, if you've already downloaded audiobooks using our app, and are finished listening to those audiobooks, deleting them may free up enough space on your device to download new audiobooks, provided the new audiobooks do not consume more space than those you're deleting.

If you cannot free enough space by deleting previously downloaded audiobooks, access your device settings by pulling down from the top of the screen to display the gear icon in the notification bar at the top of your screen. Tapping that icon will take you to the "Settings" screen. On the "Settings" screen tap "Storage & USB" to go to the "Internal Storage" screen. Here you can delete unneeded apps and files to free up storage space.
