If you see an error on your device or within our app stating that your device's storage is getting full, or you do not have sufficient space on your device to download an audiobook, take the following steps to free up the necessary space and try again.

As a first step, if you've already downloaded audiobooks using our app, and are finished listening to those audiobooks, deleting them may free up enough space on your device to download new audiobooks, provided the new audiobooks do not consume more space than those you're deleting.

For step-by-step instructions on how to delete an audiobook from within our app, please refer to this FAQ. To return back to this FAQ again, type "storage" into the FAQ search field.

If you cannot free enough space by deleting previously downloaded audiobooks, tap your device's home button (the hard button at the bottom of your device) and tap the "Settings" app. Once in the Settings app, choose "General" and then choose "Storage & iCloud Usage". Once there, tap the "Manage Storage" option that is beneath the "Storage" section (see the following screenshot):

Once under the "Storage" section you will see a list of the Apps on your device. From this screen you will gain a clear understanding of which Apps are consuming the more storage space on your device, and take appropriate action to reduce the space being consumed by them. This may include deleting the App altogether, or perhaps deleting unneeded files, photos, text messages, documents, etc that are taking up space on your device. (NOTE: We are not responsible for any files, photos, text messages, documents or other items stored on your device that are removed or deleted by you in this process. Please make sure before deleting or removing items from your device that you have a back up or that you no longer need them).
