To send us a message from within the app‚ navigate to the "My Library" screen (if you're on the playback screen simply swipe or drag it down to go back to the "My Library" screen) and then tap the white menu icon at the upper left corner of the screen (it looks like 3 stacked white lines) to access the app's main menu.
Choose Help & FAQs from the menu that appears.
On the Help screen tap the message icon at the top right of the screen, write your message, and then tap the arrow icon at the top right of the screen to send your message. Replies will appear under the Notifications section which you can access from the main menu.

(NOTE: Support messages sent via the app's conversation messaging window are replied to WITHIN THE APP ONLY. You will NOT receive an email response from support, but will receive a reply via the conversation window within the app.)
